Updated Policies and Terms

1. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment: All projects require full payment upfront before work begins.
  • Form and documentation: After payment, the client must complete the brand intake
form and provide the necessary documents. This includes the client’s preferences for
colors, fonts, templates, and other project details.
  • Project start: The project will begin once all the requested information has been
    provided by the client.
  • Delays in providing information: If the client fails to provide the required information
within 30 days of payment, a 50% additional fee will be charged to reschedule the
    project.
  • Refund policy: If the client notifies us of any issues preventing the project from
moving forward within 5 days of payment, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds
will be provided if the client fails to communicate within this period.

2. Hosting and Domain

  • Basic and SME Plans: Include shared hosting managed by the agency.
o If the client wishes to transfer their domain to independent hosting, they must
purchase their own hosting and cover the costs of the domain transfer.
o Domain renewal: The domain must be renewed annually for $100. If not
renewed, it will be deactivated and made available for purchase by third
    parties.

3. Products and Payment Gateways

  • Product limits: Each plan has a set product limit. If the client exceeds this limit, they
must either upgrade their plan or pay an additional $20 per extra product.
  • Payment gateways (SME and Enterprises): The client is responsible for managing the
payment gateway, while the agency handles its integration into the website.

4. Social Media Feed Design

  • Basic and SME Plans: Social media feed design includes static graphic pieces only;
no reels or carousels are included. The Enterprises Plan offers more dynamic posts,
including reels and carousels, with a strategic approach.
  • Social media optimization: If the client already has established social media
accounts, the agency will perform optimizations. Temporary full access to these
    accounts will be required.
  • Additional design fees: Any additional design or edits requested will incur extra
charges. If the client lacks a corporate image, design options will be offered at a
    preferred rate.

5. Website Creation

  • Website templates: The client will be presented with 5 structure templates to
    choose from. These templates are for the organizational structure of the website only;
colors, images, and other elements will be created based on the client’s brand
    identity.
  • Additional plugins and features: Any additional plugins or features (e.g., calendars,
forms) must be purchased separately at the current market price.
